About & Editorial Policy

Marsh32 is a general-purpose web directory organised along the lines of an expedition surveyor's log. The name refers to the 32nd waypoint in a long-running survey project — a reference to the methodical, route-by-route approach taken to cataloguing the web. The directory holds 841 listed websites, each assigned to one of 22 sections. Sections were named to reflect the field-survey theme: Rolling Stock & Road Gear, Medics Remedies & Recovery, Charted Routes & Destinations, and so on. The goal was to produce a directory that reads as a coherent index rather than a jumbled dump. Listings are free. Site owners submit a URL, select the section that best matches their subject matter, and await review. Marsh32 does not charge for inclusion and does not require a link in return. The review process checks that the submitted domain is active and broadly matches the declared section. Marsh32 does not claim to be comprehensive. The survey is ongoing — new entries are added as submissions arrive and are cleared for inclusion. If you operate an active website and do not yet have a listing, the submission form is on the Add Your Site page. The directory is maintained by the same team responsible for other survey-log catalogues in the network. Feedback and correction requests can be sent via the submission form.
